How do I order?
Orders can be placed through our Online Store, by messaging us on Facebook, or by phone/text at 440-371-874.
How do I get my treats?
Treats are available for pick up locally (44011).
Do you offer soft treats?
Yes! Our cakes, RUFFins, PUPcakes, tRUFFles, and soft CHEWs are all great options for dogs who prefer soft treats.
Do you offer nut or grain-free options?
Yes! We have nut-free and/or grain-free options for our cakes, RUFFins, PUPcakes, and biscuits. These are made to order, and only available by the batch. Please contact us for custom dietary needs.
Why don't your treats include meat?
Protein is the most common cause of dietary allergies in dogs. We want all pups, regardless of dietary restrictions, to be able to enjoy our treats!
How do my treats stay fresh?
Our ultiMUTT biscuits and dehydrated fruits & veggies are packaged in resealable plastic-lined bags. They are then vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness. We also include a food-grade silica packet in each pouch to prevent moisture build-up.
Our PUPcakes, RUFFins, FURbulous cakes and tRUFFles are prepared at the time of order. After pick up, they can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
How do you promote sustainability?
Our packaging is 100% recyclable.
What is your return policy?
All of our treats are prepared as each order is received. Therefore, while returns are not accepted, if there are ever any issues, please contact us!
